BIOGRAPHY:
Grandson of Leon and son of George Silverberg, Caesar was brought up along with his brother Albert to become a military strategist. While he didn't work hard in his studies, at times he showed great potential, by helping people out with business strategies. After meeting Apple, who was writing Mathiu's biography, he became interested in Mathiu and Shu's philosophy. While travelling with her, he helped the Fire Bringer to win their war against the Destroyers, acting as the main strategist and masterminding all their military victories.

After the war, he has decided to stay at Budehuc for a while until he figures out where to travel next. His stay gets extended further when strange people from different timelines start gathering at Budehuc, and Thomas suddenly taking a temporary leave of absence...
